RETAIL RETURN POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase. If your product is not in resalable condition or received the return by the end of 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for an account credit or refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an account credit and send you the credit memo to use on future purchases, or refund if eligible. All items that are not resalable will be thrown away at the discretion of Tracy's and no credits or refunds will be issued for those products.
