WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?
We will have everything you need to have a paint party in the location you set up. Mary-Ruth and Jeff will arrive and set up the painting stations. They bring canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, water jars, paper towels, and pallets. *(tables and table clothes are an extra charge)
HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?
We try to keep all of our paintings around 2 to 2 1/2 hours from beginning to end.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE $45 PER GUEST?
We try to keep all of our prices at industry standard prices. With the cost of gas and supplies on the rise, we have had to adjust our prices accordingly.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
We include everything that you will need for the actual painting for your party. However, we do not provide drinks, food, tables or table clothes.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE?
For our special events on location, we will have a sign up available
We encourage that you do, it ensures your seat is saved.
WHY DO I GO TO A DIFFERENT PAGE TO PAY?
The different web page is a secure web page that helps with the booking.
None of your information will be sold to a third party.
WHAT KIND OF PAINT IS USED?
We use water-based acrylic paints. They are non-toxic and easy to clean off of your hands and tables.
Be advised that it is not removable from clothes.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We highly recommend that you wear clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit of paint on. Even though we do provide aprons to protect your clothing to the best of our ability,
paint has a mind of its own.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We highly discourage under 6 years old. Some paintings are more complicated than others. That be stated, we do not know your child as well as you do and leave that decision up to the parents/care givers.
Tracy's cannot be held responsible for any injuries while creating artwork.
CAN WE HAVE ALCOHOL?
Absolutely! This is your event and you are in control of all consumption of your guests. All persons consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older.
Tracy's is not held responsible for any alcohol consumption.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
This is your party. You can have any food that you and your guests want to share.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you give us at least 72 hours for private events.
If we are not given the full 72 hours notice for private parties, we will keep the $50 deposit.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?
We do not.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
No we do not, However, we DO honor ones that were bought in our coffee shop.
