FAQ's

WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?

We will have everything ready for you when you walk in. You will check in for your class at the bar (also, pay the remaining balance) and order your first drink of choice.  Once you have your drink ordered you can find your seat. Once everyone is settled the instructor will lead you step by step to create whatever masterpiece you have chosen.

 

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

We try to keep all of our projects around 2 to 2 1/2 hours  from beginning to end.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

We included everything that you will need for our day to day projects. Also, you get your FIRST beverage of the night.

We often have special events. If you need to bring in anything for them, it will be in the description on our special events page. 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE?

We encourage that you do, it ensures your seat is saved. 

WHY DO I GO TO A DIFFERENT PAGE TO PAY?

The different web page is a secure web page that helps with the booking.

None of your information will be sold to a third party.

WHAT KIND OF PAINT IS USED?

We use water-based acrylic paints. They are non-toxic and easy to clean off of your hands and our tables. Be advised that it is not removable from clothes.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We highly recommend that you wear clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit of paint on. Even though we do provide aprons to protect your clothing to the best of our ability, paint has a mind of its own.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? 

We highly discourage under 6 years old. Some projects are more complicated than others we use hammers, nails, wire, small beads, etc. in many of our classes. But, we do not know your child as well as you do and leave that decision up to the parents/care givers. 

Tracy’s does not allow parents to drop off their kids. Parents must be present and with you child during your visit to Tracy’s.

DO YOU HAVE ALCOHOL?

We do provide alcohol! We have 6 different wine’s and feature a local micro brewery. As well as hard cider from a local cidery. 

DO I HAVE TO DRINK ALCOHOL WITH A CLASS?
Absolutely not! We have a full coffee and tea bar. We also have soda, kombucha and many other options. Your first drink is WHATEVER drink you choose in our studio. 
CAN I BYOB?

No. In the State of Colorado you are not allowed to have BYOB businesses. With that, we can not except any outside drinks. THIS INCLUDES water bottles, soda cups, etc.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes absolutely. You can bring the food of your choosing, caterer, or even use DoorDash!

The only thing we do not allow are drinks. Please read Can I BYOB.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours for individual classes and ask for 72 hours notice for private events.

If we are not given the full 72 hours notice for private parties, we will keep the $50 deposit.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?

We do not at this time. 

WHAT IF I MISSED A CLASS THAT I WANTED TO DO?

You are more than welcome to contact us and let us know that you would like a specific project or painting. We are flexible and willing to find a time and date that would work for you (depending on availability on our schedule). Also consider a private lesson for what you wanted to do. We have them available every afternoon at 2. 

WHY DO SPECIAL CLASSES HAVE DIFFERENT DRINK POLICY?

We bring in special guests and allow them to share their art with you. The local artists get access to our studio for a very minimal price. We want to support them, so we keep their cost down.  Therefore, we ask for you to purchase you first drink when we have a Special class in order to support our staff.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! We have them available in the studio and online, the link can be found on the home page.
