FAQ's

WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?

We will have everything ready for you when you walk in. You will pay for your class at the bar (if you have not paid online) and order your first free drink of choice.  Once you have your drink ordered you can find your seat. Once everyone is settled the instructor will lead you step by step to create whatever masterpiece you choose.

 

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

We try to keep all of our projects around 2 to 2 1/2 hours  from beginning to end.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

We included everything that you will need for our regulate projects as well as FIRST beverage of the night.

In our special events it will specify if you would need to bring any supplies.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE?

We ask for the pay in advance so that it saves your seat.

WHY DO I GO TO A DIFFERENT PAGE TO PAY?

The different web page is a secure web page that helps with the booking.

None of your information will be solid to a third party.

WHAT KIND OF PAINT IS USED?

We use water-based acrylic paints. They are non-toxic and easy to clean off of your hands and our tables. But, advised that it is not removable from clothes.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We highly recommend that you wear clothing that you do not mind getting a little bit of paint on. Even though we do provide aprons to protect your clothing to the best of our ability, paint has a mind of its own.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? 

We highly discourage under 6 years old. Some projects are more complicated than others we use hammers, nails, wire, small beads, etc. in most of our classes. But, we do not know your child as well as you do and leave that decision up to the parents. 

Tracy’s Place does not allow parents to drop off their kids. Parents must be present and with you child during your visit to Tracy’s Place. 

Tracy's Place cannot be held responsible for any injuries while creating artwork.

DO YOU HAVE ALCOHOL?

We do provide alcohol! We have 11 different wine’s and feature 2 micro breweries.

CAN I BYOB?

No. In the State of Colorado you are not allowed to have BYOB businesses. With that, we can not execute any outside drinks such as water bottles, soda cups, etc.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes absolutely. You can bring the food of your choosing, caterer, or even use GRUBHUB!

The only thing we do not allow are drinks. Please revise Can I BYOB.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours for individual classes and ask for 72 hours notice for private events.

If we are not given the full 72 hours notice for private parties, we will keep the $50 deposit.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?

Yes we do!

If a party of 15 or more we will give a $5 discount to everyone in the party. 

If the party is for a special celebration we will give the person of honor a free class with 10 people or more guests, and a 50% for less than 10 people.

WHAT IF I MISSED A CLASS THAT I WANTED TO DO?

You are more than welcome to contact us and let us know that you would like a specific project or painting. We are flexible and willing to find a time and date that would work for you (depending on availability on our schedule).

WHY DO SPECIAL CLASSES HAVE DIFFERENT DRINK POLICY?

We bring in special guests and allow them to share their art genre with you. The local artisans get most to all of the revenue and we would love to keep supporting them. Therefore, we ask for you to purchase you first drink when we have a Special class

Yes! We have them available in the studio and online, the link can be found on the home page.
